1. Acceptance of Terms:

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license.

4.3. Ownership of Synthetic Data: Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, the ownership of synthetic datasets uploaded by users remains with the uploader. ASDEX does not claim ownership of user-generated synthetic data.

5. Synthetic Data:

5.1. Use of Synthetic Data: Your use of synthetic datasets obtained through the Platform is subject to the licensing terms specified by the provider of that data. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with those terms.

5.2. Sale and Purchase of Synthetic Data: The sale and purchase of synthetic datasets on the Platform are governed by the ASDE Platform Policy: Selling Synthetic Datasets, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in that policy.

5.3. Quality of Synthetic Data: ASDEX does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of any synthetic datasets available on the Platform. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of any dataset for your specific needs.
